Vaucluse Residence IV

This alteration and addition required demolition of the majority of an existing waterfront home.

We needed to prop up a three-storey balcony over the water whilst excavating a basement from underneath, out of rock.

A complicated construction sequence followed in order to tie the new house in to the existing structure.
