Vaucluse Residence III

This home involved major alterations and additions to a 1970s residence. The original house had been turned into a duplex, and later, back into a luxurious two-storey residence.

The design included a very high level of finishes, such as polished concrete floors and external zones, bamboo flooring, and travertine and concrete benchtops. We delivered the finishes with the upmost attention to detail and care.

As a certified Green Builder, we were also able to install hydronic underfloor heating and a 24kW photovoltaic solar system on the roof, making the home extremely energy efficient.
