Project of the Month

Point Piper Residence I

Originally built in the 1930s, this distinguished Point Piper residence has been thoughtfully reimagined into a refined yet relaxed harbourside retreat, overlooking the sweeping waters of Rose Bay.

In collaboration with renowned interior designer Thomas Hamel, the home’s interiors embrace an eclectic yet cohesive palette—layering textures, materials and global influences to create spaces that feel both plush and light, sophisticated yet effortlessly liveable. The result is a series of warm, inviting spaces defined by striking details and a quiet sense of luxury.

Our involvement began with targeted remediation works before evolving into a comprehensive transformation of the property. As the scope expanded, the project grew to encompass a full internal renovation, reconfiguration of key spaces and significant external works.

A pivotal design move saw the original courtyard pool relocated to the front garden, allowing the former pool area to be transformed into a generous alfresco entertaining space connecting the main residence and detached apartment. The new pool now captured panoramic views across Rose Bay harbour, whilst becoming an extension of the main entertaining hub of the home.

Executed over more than three years, the project was delivered in carefully staged zones while the family remained in residence—an approach that required considered planning and a highly collaborative process between client, designer and builder, whilst also requiring multiple approvals.

Completed in November 2025 on a 1,450m² site, the result is a layered, character-rich home that balances heritage charm with contemporary harbourside living.

News & Updates

East Beasties and Bay Juniors season kick-off!

We’re proud to once again be major sponsors of both Bays and Easts Junior Beasties Rugby Clubs as the new season gets underway.

Dave recently attended Bays’ first training session and parents’ night, where he had the opportunity to say a few words of encouragement ahead of the season.

We’re excited to continue supporting both clubs and wish all players, families, and volunteers a fantastic season ahead.

Under Construction

Killara Residence

We’re excited to be breaking ground on a carefully considered home renovation in Killara. This project is set to transform the existing home, enhancing functionality and liveability while respecting its original character. With a focus on reconfiguring key living spaces, increasing natural light, and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, the renovation will bring a fresh, modern feel. Thoughtful design and quality finishes will ensure a home that feels both elevated and enduring.

Cool Products

3D Printed Pool
3D printed construction is pushing boundaries, and this in-ground pool is a standout example. Delivered by Contec Australia, the pool’s structural shell was printed in just two days—an impressive leap from traditional concrete builds that can take weeks. Designed by Tristan Peirce Landscape Architects, the pool and spa formed by 3D printing with entire levels completed in under a week.
