Bellevue Hill Apartments
We built this series of apartments at Bellevue Hill.
We demolished an original 1950s house, which stood on top of a steep, sandy block. We then drilled a complicated series of contiguous pile systems in order to excavate this Bellevue Hill site.
Once down to level, a solid brick and concrete structure was built over four levels to provide underground secure parking, a single level apartment and another two-level penthouse apartment above.
