Bay Residence

We recently completed this beautiful beachside home, designed by Bruce Stafford Architects and Hare + Klein.

The stunning waterfront location came with its challenges – site access was difficult and the design called for a basement below water level.

The design includes a series of transparent courtyards from the street entrance, through to the harbour.
